Our in-house technical timber construction team works closely with our customers to ensure that their components are manufactured exactly according to plan. Using the four common CAD programs, we determine the cutting-optimised detailed planning. In addition, the error-free work plan is crucial for the production of the individual elements.

Thanks to the right hardware and software, there are virtually no limits to what customers can achieve.

Whether glulam or CLTPLUS – high-precision components for direct use on the construction site are produced fully automatically in the joinery service centres at the sites with the help of exact laser component measurements. The components are trimmed on the basis of the approved production and cutting plans. Automatic laser component measurement determines the position of the elements on the production line with millimetre precision, thus guaranteeing maximum production precision.
