Logistics

We think
in solutions

When it comes to logistics, we leave nothing to chance. Precisely pre-planned loading of the individual elements is essential for every construction site delivery. This is the only way to ensure that tight construction schedules can be meticulously adhered to. Thanks to a specially developed loading space optimisation system, the individual components can be loaded onto the truck in the correct order. This saves a lot of time on site.

Smart advantages
exclusively for
Theurl customers
through LRO

What sounds like Tetris for logistics provides the customer with an overview of the construction project. The CLTPLUS components are optimally placed in the assembly sequence. This is made possible by the LRO software solution.

Virtual cargo space planning with LRO

The loading sequence can be checked with access to LRO. A freely rotatable 3D view provides an overview of each individual component, including product information.

Lifting loops

Drill hole

  • For wall elements (incl. Ø 30 mm hole), only for industrial quality
  • For ceiling and roof elements (incl. 2 Ø 30 mm holes), only for industrial quality
  • Holes are drilled into the panel for the lifting loop, then the loops are pulled through and the panel is lifted

Lifting loops

Blind hole drilling, rod dowels

  • Ø 70 mm blind hole drilling and hole Ø 16 mm
  • Rod dowels Ø 16 mm for exposed ceilings
  • For this, a blind hole drilling is made and the lifting loop is fixed with the help of a rod dowels

Drill hole

Expansion anchor

  • 25 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm hole
  • A hole is drilled in the expansion anchor for the lifting clamp. The lifting clamp must be inserted by the customer

Just in time

A detailed logistics concept is drawn up with the project partners to ensure smooth delivery to the construction site.

This includes, for example, coordinating time slots, access routes and obtaining authorisations. This is made possible by:

  • long-standing logistics partnerships
  • company-owned lorries with swap trailers and swap bodies
  • straddel carriers for fast loading

Best practice for
city centre
construction site delivery

Logistics in particular is a challenge and requires fine-tuning.

Only with the right planning is it possible to adhere to tight construction schedules and unload within the approved downtime. Find out how this works using the example of the new headquarters of Tiroler Versicherung.
