Energy-efficient, durable, recyclable, highly resilient, CO2-neutral and solid: can a building material be any more versatile? MAXIMUM STABILITY
In the centre layers, the lamellas are pressed with alternating core sides. This gives the elements greater dimensional stability and accuracy.
Surface treatment
We sand our CLTPLUS elements in the direction of the grain, so that the natural structure of the high-quality mountain wood comes into its own.
Press pressure
The CLTPLUS components are manufactured using state-of-the-art pressing technology with a pressing pressure of up to 1N/mm² to ensure a uniform pressing result.
Theurl inside coding
Each slat is given its own individual code that is invisible from the outside. This means that the origin of each individual component can be traced for life.
Narrow side adhesion
The individual slats are glued together to form a single-layer panel to create a high level of airtightness. This increases the shear rigidity.
Flexural rigidity
Different lamella thicknesses in the layer structure adapt the load-bearing capacity of the component to the structural requirements and reliably absorb the loads.

Wall application area
One construction product, endless application possibilities. The structural and static advantages of CLTPLUS make it a real all-rounder in component planning. As a structurally effective and bracing element, it can absorb and safely dissipate high vertical forces. Its naturally good insulating properties make it particularly interesting for low-energy and passive house standards. Wall elements made of CLTPLUS also ensure a balanced indoor climate.
Ceiling and roof application area
The requirements of large spans with low component heights make CLTPLUS a good choice for the construction of storey ceilings and roof structures. Bending-resistant and dimensionally stable, the components have a disc effect in the corresponding structural system. The high degree of prefabrication of the components guarantees that the next storey can be installed quickly.
Living spaces with CLTPLUS offer a healthy and cosy indoor climate. Its good thermal insulation properties combined with its mass result in a greater phase shift. The solid wood panels are a certified and tested CO2-neutral building material.
A load-bearing structure made of CLTPLUS is a structural system with many positive properties. This means that buildings with several storeys can also be realised. CLTPLUS has a tested and calculable fire behaviour, which can achieve a fire resistance of over 120 minutes with appropriate dimensioning.
CLTPLUS construction elements are prefabricated in the factory, regardless of the weather. The high degree of prefabrication results in an economical construction method due to short erection and construction times. The reduced noise and dust pollution during assembly is another positive factor of solid timber construction. The lower component thickness compared to mineral wall structures results in additional space gain and greater cost-effectiveness.
