The CeeCee Timber campus in Enschede, the Netherlands, is creating a modern working environment that combines energy efficiency, flexible use and high-quality timber construction. Open-plan workspaces, private offices and communal meeting areas can be adapted to suit a variety of requirements, thus creating space for start-ups as well as established companies. For the load-bearing timber structure, THEURL supplied around 100 m³ of glulam, including joinery and pre-assembly.
Thanks to pre-assembly, the BSH components were delivered to the building site with a high degree of prefabrication. This ensured clearly defined processes and reduced the amount of work required for on-site assembly – a key advantage for the efficient implementation of timber construction.
