The entire property is heated by two air-to-water heat pumps and most of the heat is emitted via underfloor heating.
Result
The new fire station in Buch in Tyrol is not only a functional operations centre, but also a prime example of sustainable construction. Around 165 m³ of CLT wall and ceiling elements in visible and industrial quality have been installed and around 79 m³ of glulam has been used. A special feature of the joinery is the block bolting with factory pre-assembly.
