What other building material than wood could be used for such a project? With glulam ceiling elements and spruce beams, a timber construction solution was realised that leaves nothing to be desired in terms of living comfort and guarantees rapid construction progress. The ceiling elements are designed in visible quality for a cosy and natural atmosphere.

Construction site logistics at its best

In accordance with the construction schedule, the components had to be delivered by the hour.

Theurl developed a comprehensive loading and assembly concept to guarantee the smooth and speedy assembly of the elements. The elements were loaded onto the trailers at the factory in the correct order and ready for assembly. From here, they were installed directly without an intermediate storage solution. The swap trailer remained on the construction site during this process. Unexpected weather-related delays in the construction process could be absorbed at the factory.
